• Master Resell Rights Products: Refers to the digital products that you can customize and sell as your own - WITH the ability to pass on resell rights to your customers.

• You or Licensee: Refers to the individual, business entity, or organization that has acquired digital products from Sabiduri.

License

Upon obtaining Sabiduri Products, you are granted a license to resell them. You have the authority to modify, rebrand, and sell these products within the confines of this agreement.

Liabilities

Termination

Sabiduri reserves the right to terminate your license to sell our products if non-compliance with these terms is identified. In the event of termination, immediate cessation of product distribution is required.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of UAE, and any disputes shall be exclusively adjudicated by the courts there.
