Payments
All prices are in CHF (Swiss Francs).
However, prices automatically adjust based on your location. Or you can manually adjust it on the box next to the language option on the top right of your screen.
On the SABIDURI website you can use one of the following payment methods:
- Credit card
Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, etc... If you opt for payment by credit card, you first indicate what type of credit or debit card you are going to use. You then fill in your credit card number, the expiration date, the CID/CVC code (often found on the back of your card), and any passwords you may have. If you would like to return your items, then the amount paid for them will be returned to your credit card. - PayPal, Apple, and Google Pay
Any of these payment methods are a safe way to pay. You link your bank account or credit card and pay within a few clicks. PayPal, Apple and Google Pay helps protect your credit card information with advanced security and fraud prevention systems. In addition, PayPal does not disclose your financial information to SABIDURI. - Twint
If you are Swiss, you have the option for paying via Twint. - SABIDURI Gift Card
If you happen to have a SABIDURI Gift Card, you can use it to pay for your order. The SABIDURI Gift Card cannot be exchanged for money.
It could happen that something goes wrong with your payment. How can you be sure that everything has gone properly after you have received an error notification for example?
✨Check your own bank statement to see whether the amount has been debited. Has no amount been debited? Then it seems like the order did no go through succesfully.
✨Did you not receive a confirmation order? Then it's also smart to check your own bank statement, it might be that the email confirmation is still on it's way to you.
Still in doubt? Then please contact us. We can check for you whether the payment has gone through.

SABIDURI Gift Card
Our very own special gift card! An amazing present to give or receive. You can use the gift card to pay for your entire order or a part of it.
To use your gift card as a payment method, select 'SABIDURI Gift Card' at checkout. Next, select 'place order'. A new window will open in which you should enter the codes of your gift card. Enter the code starting with 777 in 'Card number' and the rest digits. Click on 'continue' to complete your order.
Is there still a remaining amount? You can pay the rest with a payment method of your choice.
Great news—you’ve got a discount code to shop with us! Just enter your code in the shopping cart under ‘Enter discount code,’ and hit ‘Apply discount.’ Your discount will be deducted from all eligible items, except for sale items, running deals and the SABIDURI gift card.
A quick heads-up: discounts can’t be applied after checkout, and only one code can be used per order. If your items are already discounted due to a promotion and you’ve got a code to spare, hold onto it! You can use it once the promo ends (as long as it’s still valid), so you can enjoy shopping with a discount again later.

Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 business days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 5 business days please email us.
*During busy times such as public holidays, special promotions & sales shipping may take longer.
Depending on the total order sum and the destination of the order, shipping may be free of charge.

If you've placed an order below the purchase sums mentioned above, Standard shipping fees for your country of destination will apply. Shipping fees may deviate and differ per country & will be calculated automatically during the ordering process, however you can also find a complete list with the shipping costs here.
Your order will be shipped by the following shipping partners: DHL. Different delivery options may be available depending on the country to which the package is being shipped to, which could vary in costs. The available shipping options to your delivery address will automatically appear at checkout.
For all shipping options, a Track & Trace code will be sent to you the moment the package is dispatched from our warehouse. The courier used will vary per country. A list of all international shipping options and costs can be found here.
As soon as we've handed your order to the DHL, you'll receive an email with the tracking information.
If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. Kindly notify us via email and keep your order number and address at hand.
Unfortunately after the 24 hours, no address change neither a refund will be given.
P.S. We would also like to emphasise that you should always check whether you have filled in the correct personal details before you finalise your order.
It's possible that your order got delayed with the courier. We recommend that you check your track & trace code properly first, as that will tell you the status of your delivery. When your track & trace code hasn't been updated for over 5 business days, contact us and keep your order number and address at hand.
Note: At the moment, our accessories and clothing are sent separetely. As such your order will be delivered separately, and you’ll receive two separate packages.

Step 1: Place your chosen items in your shopping basket.
Step 2: Click on your shopping basket in the top right and then ‘continue to payment’.
Step 3: Fill in your personal details and check it carefully.
Step 4: Choose your preferred delivery option. Depending on the size of your order, it might be possible that not all of the shipping options will show up. Note that you can get your order delivered to your home, but you can also choose for a pick-up point.
Step 5: Choose your preferred payment method. You can choose from different payment methods like Credit cards, PayPal or the SABIDURI gift card.
Step 6: Finally, tick the box saying that you accept the terms and conditions and click on the 'place order' button to finalise your order.
YES! you're order has been placed so the fun is just about to begin!
NOTE: In case you can't make it happen, we woul dbe happily create a custom order for you. Just get in touch with us and let us know which items you would like to have!
You are able to cancel your order within 24 hours with no penalty!
After that time, you're not able to modify it as our team will process it right away.
However, once your order is delivered you can always return your items. Always register your return using our digital return portal.
Was your order unsuccessful or did something go wrong? No problem, we will then automatically cancel your order. Still have doubts? Then you can always contact us, we would be happy to check the status and help you complete your order.
Did you receive your order? Fun is just beginning! However, be sure to carefully unpack your order after its arrival! Items must be returned unworn and in the original packaging, with the tags still attached. So when opening your package be careful and make sure you won't tear up any of the SABIDURI boxes/packages or accidentally remove one of the tags attached. Did you remove the tag already? Or did you tear up one of the original packages? Then it's not possible to return the item anymore unfortunately. So be sure to carefully unpack your order!
When it's busy it might take a bit longer for your confirmation to come through, and it could even land in your spam folder.
If it's been two hours and you've still not received it, but your payment has gone through, don't worry! Just get in touch with us, and we'll sort it out for you.
Returns & Refunds
Follow the steps using our digital return portal.
1. REGISTER YOUR RETURN
Please enter your order number and the email address used to place the order in our digital return portal to locate your order. Once found, select the product you wish to return and mark the reason for the return. If you select the paid return option, you will be responsible for covering the shipping fees for the courier service, and you will receive your return label accordingly.
2. (RE)PACK YOUR ORDER
(Re)package the items you want to return in the (original) packaging and make sure the original barcodes are hidden. You can do this by either removing the label with the barcode or by crossing it out using a (black) marker. Items must be returned unworn and in the original packaging, with the tags still attached.
Did you remove the tag already? Unfortunately, we will no longer accept that item, so make sure to always unpack your order carefully!
3. HAND IN RETURN
Return your order at a chosen drop-off point.
Note that the shipping fees for returning a parcel are at your own expense.
4. REIMBURSEMENT
After your return has arrived at our warehouse, we strive to process it within 14 days after arrival. We kindly ask for your patience and to wait until the return term has passed. After your return has been unpacked and processed, you'll receive an email, so be sure to check your inbox.
We strongly advise you to save your return confirmation until your return shipment has been completely processed and you've been reimbursed. After your return has been completely processed the purchase amount will be reimbursed using the orginal payment method.
At SABIDURI you always have the option of returning your order within 14 days after delivery. Make sure that the products have not been worn and have all tags attached when they are returned.
It is important to note that items from the SABIDURI gift card cannot be returned.
Keep your proof of return until we have processed the order. In case one of your purchased items broke or started to tarnish, and the official return term has expired, we advise you to take a look at the warranty section and go through various warranty scenarios to see which one applies to your question.
There is only a product that is excluded from our return policy and cannot be returned.
✨SABIDURI Gift Card
Gift cards cannot be returned so make sure you've filled out the correct gift card balance.
Whenever you're ordering this item, we advise you to closely check your order overview to see if you've selected the right size, colour, engraving, and gift card balance, before you finalise your order.
You can return your items by sending your package to us. The return fees are for your own expense.
Simply, register your return using our digital return portal. After your return has been processed in our warehouse you’ll be reimbursed within 5 working days.
We kindly ask for your patience to wait until the return term, which is 14 days after the arrival of your return at our warehouse, passes.
We do everything we can to process your return shipment as soon as possible after its arrival in our warehouse and advise you to keep your return confirmation until your return shipment has been processed.
You'll receive an email notification when your return shipment is processed, so make sure to check your inbox!
When the return shipment has been processed, the purchase sum will be reimbursed as follows:
- Credit card: The purchase sum will reappear on your credit card statement within 14 business days.
- AfterPay: You will receive a corrected invoice via email.
- Paypal: The purchase sum will be reimbursed to your Paypal account within 30 days.
- SABIDURI Gift Card: You will receive an email about the settlement, so keep a close eye on your inbox!
You don't like it or it doesn't fir you? No worries, you can return or exchange products within 14 days of receiving your order. The goods must be in original condition, unused and undamaged.

If you no longer have the original packaging of your order you may also return the items in a different box or bag. However, it’s important to make sure that the items are well-packed and you’ve registered your return in our digital return portal.
If you have (accidentally) removed the original tag or label you cannot return the item anymore. So please be careful when unpacking your order!
If online (sale) purchases do not meet expectations, there is the option of returning them. As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will refund the purchase price.
If you have placed multiple orders, it is possible to return them together in one package. We kindly ask you to sort the items accordingly so that we can identify which items correspond to which order (for example, use a separate bag for each order). You can then place all bags in a larger box to create a single package. It’s important, however, to individually register both orders through the digital return portal.
Do you prefer to return your orders using a delivery service?
Please make sure to register your return the right way! When returning multiple orders make sure to choose the delivery service for only one of the return orders. This way, you ensure that you only pay the return costs once. However, it’s crucial to register both orders for return! When combining return order into one package, remember to include both order numbers as well. If there is no order number added to your return order we cannot process it.
Please keep your proof of return until we have processed the order.

You can notify this immediately using our digital return portal. Let us know for that specific item whether it's damaged or wrongly delivered. Fill in the required information and we will contact you!

SABIDURI issues a 4-week warranty for clothing items that have become unwearable after washing (according to the washing instructions) for the first time. Additionally, SABIDURI issues a 6-month warranty for our premium stainless steel jewellery. For all other items, SABIDURI issues an 8-week warranty.

✨Returns are only accepted within the return term, which is 14 days.
✨All returns are at your own expense.
✨The costs associated with the shipping of a return are at your own expense.
✨We only handle return shipments that are in their original state, including labels & packaging. Damaged and/or used items will be rejected and sent back.
✨Unidentifiable returns will be kept for a maximum of one month at our head office. The customer can report to us. After that time, our administration department will process the package and there will be no more communication on the matter.
✨Returns can be sent with or without a track & trace code. However, we advise you to send your package with a track & trace code to assist you in the best possible way. Otherwise, we cannot track the parcel in case it gets lost during the return shipment.
✨Is there something wrong with your order? We will fix this for you as quickly as possible! Please contact us (also via WhatsApp) and clearly state your name, the order number and the items concerned.

SABIDURI Tarot Deck is made of high-quality 350gsm premium cardstock for durability with Gold gilt edge.
