Responsibility toward the people who create with us, the materials we choose, the planet, and the objects we decide are worthy of carrying the VICEDOMINI name.
We don't create simply because we can; rather, we choose with intention, create with care, and question what we bring into the world.

SOMETIMES CHOOSING WELL MEANS GOING THERE YOURSELF!
Visiting production spaces lets us look beyond a sample or photograph: to see the materials, understand the processes, ask questions, and touch, compare, inspect, and decide.
This is one of those moments: a behind-the-scenes visit to better understand how pieces considered for VICEDOMINI are produced.
Not everything we see makes it into the collection, because selection is part of our responsability.
NOT EVERYTHING IS MADE THE SAME WAY.
Some VICEDOMINI pieces are created with independent artisans and small workshops, but others require specialized manufacturers, techniques, materials, or production processes.
We don't pretend they are the same.
What matters to us is knowing what we are creating, understanding how it is made, and choosing the right people and processes for each piece.
Whenever possible, we visit, ask questions, examine materials, review samples, test quality, and refine details before something becomes part of VICEDOMINI.
WE DON'T JUST CHOOSE PRODUCTS.
WE CHOOSE WHAT WE'RE WILLING TO PUT OUR NAME ON.
EVERYTHING BEGINS WITH A QUESTION.
Does it have meaning? Is it made with care? Does it serve a purpose? Would we choose it ourselves? Does it belong here?
If the answer isn't clear, we keep looking because VICEDOMINI isn't meant to contain everything.
